1 Year of BBW!

Hello lovelies!

As you may, or may not know (mostly not), July 5th marked the 1-year anniversary of BasicBloggerWannabe! Woo!! I can't believe it's been a year since I started my blog, it seems like only yesterday. I started this blog the Summer of 2016 as a way to put all of my many thoughts and ideas on a platform (but mostly because I was bored). I didn't know how much myself and my writing would grow because of this blog.

I am so thankful for Wordpress [Ed. note: Now Squarespace!] for giving me a platform to speak my mind and share my inner world with the internet. I am also thankful for all of the positive responses that I have received on my blog posts – I see it all the time in views, likes, and praise from friends who take time out of their busy days to read my writing (thank you guys for that!). Lastly, I am thankful for my followers (or the fam as I like to consider them) for appreciating my writings so much that they would want to read everything I post and see my face on their feed 24/7 (it means the world really!). Although it may only be 12 of us (plus ghost followers…👻) we are a strong and awesome bunch, and I love you all – thank you for the support! *virtual hugs*

One year down but many more to go! I hope to stick to this blog for many years to come and I hope that you guys will follow suit and ride this wave along with me. And if you're new to my blog, I hope you can join our BBW family! I want to see this blog grow and inspire as well as connect with more people. I'm positive and hopeful of what's to come!
