Burlington Eats: American Flatbread, Muddy Waters, My Little Cupcake, and more!

If you're ever around Burlington in the beautiful state of Vermont — home of the University of Vermont (best uni ever, but I'm bias), the Ben & Jerry's Factory, Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, and more — and are looking for some great places to eat (or indulge yourself in sweets!), look no further than these top Burlington Eateries!

American Flatbread

American Flatbread has BY FAR the best pizza I've ever had! Their artisanal flatbread pizza is made with fresh and organic ingredients — their dough is "made fresh daily from 100% organically grown wheat", according to their site. Also, their all natural pizza is baked in a "primitive wood-fired earthen oven" (sounds fancy, am I right?). So if you're feeling pizza (or not) while in Burlington, I would definitely check out this popular Burlington restaurant.

Muddy Waters

Are you in Burlington on a business trip or are you a student (like moi!) and looking for a nice coffee shop with a great atmosphere to do some work in? Look no further than Muddy Waters, right off Church Street. Muddy Waters is a fantastic coffee shop with fantastic coffee and character. So check it out if you're in the area, and maybe grab a cup of joe — and a seat — while you're there!

Ken's Pizza and Pub

If you're looking for affordable, but tasty, Italian food then Ken's Pizza and Pub is where you want to go! What more can I say than that it's delicious, cheesy, and juicy Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and all!).

My Little Cupcake

After having a great lunch, or dinner, at one of Burlington's popular restaurants, why not indulge in some delicious dessert — not any dessert, but the flavorful mini cupcakes of My Little Cupcake. The delicious tiny cupcakes of My Little Cupcake are "made from scratch and with love, using local ingredients". They have a large array of flavors, but I suggest getting your cupcakes in the morning or early afternoon because near evening most of their cupcakes are gone!

Added bonus: they even have some vegan options for my plant-based friends (yay for food options for all!). So hit up this spot and grab yourself some cupcakes!
